Your group chat is not a planning tool.
It has no state. Nothing in it is ever decided, only mentioned. The person who cares most ends up doing all of it, everyone else feels vaguely guilty, and somebody is still owed £74 in November.

Everyone nominates. The clock decides.
Pull real activities, restaurants and sights straight from Viator and Google Places into a time block. The group votes inside a window with an end time — and when it ends, the winner locks and the block drops off the ballot.

Ties don’t stall. A tie between three or more reopens as a 24-hour runoff between the leaders; a genuine two-way deadlock is settled by a wheel spin everyone watches. No casting vote, no organiser’s thumb on the scale.

Every decided block lands on a shared day-by-day plan alongside your flights, stays and anything you add by hand. Clash detection stops two things being booked over each other.

One number per person. Not twenty.
Whoever pays fronts the cost; Truce nets everything down pairwise, the way Splitwise does. You settle up once with each person, not once per dinner — and the split is frozen at the moment of booking, so someone joining late never silently re-splits what you already agreed.
